We launched our plans for a new memorial garden with the release of fifty balloons for our current residents and in memory of previous residents. The event was attended by residents and their relatives, relatives of previous residents and by members of the Spetisbury Manor team. Messages were written on the balloon tags in memory of their loved ones.
We will be creating a special garden where plants, stones and shrubs will be planted to celebrate the lives of previous residents. This is part of our on-going Gold Standards Framework programme which aims to provide excellent end of life care.
We will be participating in this year's National Care Home Open Day. We are proud of our home and proud of our community and would like to invite you to come and spend some time with us, meet our residents and staff and discover what our home is about.
