Medical care is provided by your own general practitioner and advice is available for those wishing to enrol with one of the three local group practices who are known to us. Minor illnesses are normally cared for in the home. In more serious cases, residents may be referred to hospital or a nursing home.

The chiropodist and hairdresser visit us regularly and these fees are paid separately. The only other extras are for newspapers, private telephone and personal toiletries.

Respite care, convalescence and short stay holidays are also available at Spetisbury Manor.
